The Radiology and Imaging department at KVM has a state of the art multisclice CT scanner capable of scanning the brain in 3 seconds and doing a whole body scan (brain, cervical spine, thorax, abdomen and pelvis) in 14 seconds. This enables rapid triaging of patients with polytrauma following RTA or other injuries, enabling the doctor to diagnose and treat with confidence, thereby saving thousands of lives. We are also able to do Cerebral Angiograms for Ischaemic stroke patients, CT perfusion brain scan, Neck vessel angiograms, CT Pulmonary angiograms, Peripheral limb angiograms and variety of other contrast studies using dual injector. This life saving facility is available 24 hours to the general public.
